Success!! Removed the rocker cover and prized off each plug from the injectors. I used a combination of brake cleaner and contact cleaner and cleaned all the plugs and sockets, Reconnected and shes sweet as a nut
Job done

Ahh right, Will cleaning the contacts help? If not where is the cheapest place to get one and is it hard to change?

Morning all, My wife has had an intermittent problem with her 02 plate 1.9 tdi for a while now. It was stuttering now and again and jerking which would clear at higher revs? Today it is really bad and feels like its misfiring.

I sealed mine with roofing/guttering sealant. If it needs removing ill just cut it out and reseal upon re fitting.

Right, Checked the metal door cover with a watering can and nothing. Think i might get the propper rubber stuff to seal the pollen filter insted of silicone?

No it doesnt have a sunroof and isnt the bonnet cable on the drivers side?

Right! I have had this before and i have removed the bungs bellow the battery. I removed the pollen filter and its housing and found that the rubber was knackered so i removed it and siliconed it all back in. I have now found water under the sound proofing on the floor again. Any ideas?

Cheers buddy I now know i need sport leather and not highline leather for my TDI Sport.

On the B5.5 are there 2 types of front seats? Ie Normal and sport? Also whats the difference between a normal model and a Highline?
