Re: Tandem pump advice needed.

Thanks Karl.

Are you saying that you need both the rubber seals and the metal plate or, one or the other.
This is a pic of the pump when i had it off looking for a part number, so i'm guessing i should use the rubber seals.

Tandem pump advice needed.

Hi All,

The vaccum outlet pipe on my tandem pump (Pt - 038145209A) is extremely loose/worn and I want to replace it, but dont want to have the same problem again.
Do I need to get a tandem pump specific to my awx PD130 engine or are the pumps universal across the PD range ?

Cheers,
Brucie.

ESP Light and juddering

ARRGGGHHHHHHHHHHH ~x( Recently I have had the Esp light come on my dash and the car feels like its juddering. The Juddering is more when holding revs constant. After a bit of detective work on the forum and by the advice of a local spanner monkey, I replaced the Injector wiring harness and all seeme...

Intersooler seals and horseshoe clips.

Hi folks,

Anyone know what the part numbers are for the O-ring style seals and Horseshoe style clips for the intercooler pipes on 2002 1.9 Tdi 130 Passat.
Or know of where to get them other than the Stealerships?

Cheers,
Brucie.

Whats the difference between these N75 Valves

Anyone know what the difference is between these N75 Valves.
1j0 906 627 A
&
1j0 906 627 B
Please don't say just the last letter :hyst

I ask as I purchased a 1j0 906 627 A from EvilBay but the seller has sent me the wrong one and I just wondered what the difference was.

Cheers.

Tdi Sinking Clutch pedal & Air leak

Hi all, I've got 2 things that are bugging me at the min. Do these things sound like a problem you've encountered or are they a common issue ? 1: Every now and again the clutch pedal seems to sink and I have to lift it with my foot, then it works fine for ages, what can cause this ? 2: I've noticed...
