can any1 inform me where the coolant temp sensor is on a 2003 1.9 tdi awx please

as far as im aware it hasnt been mapped but then again it was a taxi so could possibly have been

scanned my car and came up with
17664 engine coolant temp sensor (g62) open or short to plus p1256 - 35- 10 --- intermittent
is this anything to worry about or not or is it because ive deleted the egr ????

changed my front brake pads even tho the old ones only had about 2mm worn off them i couldnt listen to that rattle any longer now new pads covered in copper grease and no rattle no more but still got the check brake pads warning can this be removed with vdcs ??? Mine went out when the new pads were...

since my last post on here sorry over 3 weeks now my gearbox nearly broke my wrist putting it into 3rd and wouldnt engage 4th at all so i removed gearbox and replaced clutch and slave cylinder because the clutch went whilst on a shopping trip with my wife and 3 month old son but as soon as i refitte...

Its ok thanx its actualy a fhn box the same as wots comin out ov mine
Is there any1 that buys problem gearbox mine works just wont go into 4th

will a gearbox off a awx engine work with another awx engine
i have the chance of a very cheap gearbox but i dont know the gearbox code i just know its off a 2001 awx engine

Thanx for the parts fitted them tday saying as i had the gearbox off but found out it was the slave cylinder that was broke and causing my problems but didnt know this till the gearbox was on the floor It was a new slave cylinder when i changed the clutch last week of which i must have broke while r...

Tell paypal you didnt authorise the payment they will refund you but you will have to change your password and merable word but you will get it back straight and they will investigate for a week but nothing will come ov it

this is my gear box part no 10 i think

i really need the part number or name of the part for the spring inside the gearbox which returns the thrust bearing because mine has either came off or snapped not sure which whilst i was changing my clutch i noticed it was very loose but took no notice and now my clutch is sticking half way i know...

I snapped 4 on mine just put some silicone on the rocker cover gasket before replacing it did the job on mine

I have a massive ability of knacking things if i dont do it properly thanx for the advise but with the price ov the clutch etc i realy dont want t chance nothing and would like the correct tool
