Hi there, Many thanks for all the posts, the correct size for the front discs are 334mm by 34mm thick, the Diamond Black discs on ebay are the wrong size for EU motors. The US spec W8 has even smaller discs and 4 pads per side so again no luck there. VAG offer them at £255 each + pads + sensors so ...

Do any of you know a good honest outlet for front discs to suit my 02 w8 4L passat? they are 334 mm diameter x 32mm thick.
