Many thanks for all your replies. I'll check if the files have been stored as FAT32, it could be the quality of the storage itself . Wasn't an expensive memory stick and I wonder if that might be the reason it only plays a small amount of the audio files I've stored on it.

Would anyone know what the size limit is for the USB input through the media interface that is located in the glove compartment? It might be 2gb but the manual states it could be over 2gb, not sure how to verify which
