Re: Central Locking.....

If i remove the solenoid can it be tested? (do i have this right, power and neg one way would push out and if you reverse the power and neg it pulls in?)

I'm thinking as the Drivers/Passenger doors work and one of the rear doors is thinking about it, maybe its faulty Solenoids?

Re: CCM ?

Cut the wires down till you see clean copper you'll get a good solder joint. You can order new plugs and the special pins ( repair wires) from dealer or tps. I've jus been on to my local VW dealer and to be honist i think i confused him (is there another name for the CCM (Comfort Control Module) or...

Re: waste gate arm...help!!!! going round in circles

As to cleaning the MAF i wouldn't use brake or carb cleaner it's to aggressive just as likely to cause damage. better to use isopropyl alcohol or meths. Well i spoke to Bosch about this very thing and they said any cleaner will work as long as it doesn't leave a residue (ie not wd40) the tech guy a...

Re: waste gate arm...help!!!! going round in circles

Regarding your two questions, 1. Mine only had two arms that where sticking (not 100% seized) if i had started it from cold with the vac pipe off then conected it whilst holding the Actuator arm it moved quite a bit but if i helped it then it would go another 5 mm or so, when i took it apart most of...
